Attack of the killer “G”…

April 21st 2008 05:01
Two simple words in reply to this particular fashion crime – not necessary! What is the point in trying so hard to ensure your undergarment lines and seams remain invisible when all people are seeing is your damn g-string creeping up above the back of your trousers! Now I shall set the scene while you all sit there horrified – just like I did…While sitting in on a lecture the other day we were having a group discussion about something or rather when one of the participants had asked if she could borrow some of my white-out. Sure that’s fine. Completely acceptable. What is not acceptable is what happened next. This lovely person was sitting in the row in front of me and as I was leaning over to pass her the liquid-paper, she simultaneously reached for her bag which was on the floor beneath her revealing too many things about herself. There it was – poking out so blatantly obvious. Her black “g” was exposed. Girls-seriously have some respect. There is no need to be wearing high cut “g” strings or whatever it was she was wearing. There are hipster one’s out there made for this exact reason by BONDS. You should purchase them if you plan on engaging in some form of activity that promotes your backside seeing some sunlight and receiving a touch of vitamin D. Surely the lovely young girl did not mean to expose her choice of underwear but she was wearing a short top and low jeans so come on one would be kidding themselves if you would not think at any stage of the day your skin (and now choice of underwear) would not be exposed! I didn’t know where to look. Clearly “away” would have been the socially acceptable thing to do so my eyes quickly darted to the clock at the front of the room. I was so embarrassed for her. It was just the feeling I got after she sat back up all nice and cosy and we continued our discussion as if nothing had ever happened. As discussed earlier – when you purchase a g-string, most of the time you should be wearing it under your clothes and in an effort to prevent those hideous seams that appear around your butt cheeks when you are wearing tight trousers/pants/jeans and even fitted dresses/skirts these days. This is a fabulous idea however do not for one second think that just because I am not noticing your seams (if you seem to be wearing tight apparel) then I won’t notice your g-string hanging out of your pants! If you seriously believe this then you are more of a fashion offender than I initially thought – Shocking, think again! Revealing the details of your intimate lingerie apparel should definitely not be reserved for the whole of society to witness!
