What on earth are you talking about? You may ask. Quite simple really – dangly bits! They are very important things although they can get a tiny bit annoying. For those of you who have no idea what I am talking about (which is probably most of you because after reading the first couple of sentences the description is a bit ambiguous) I will explain… I am talking about those plastic straps that are sewn to the inside of your clothing used for hanging-up purposes with the tool (or weapon) being a coat-hanger. Hanging up your clothes is a great idea but when you actually wear them these straps can prove to be a problem. They hang out! Enough said... How annoying is it when you put on a lovely frock and you see these horrid strings appearing from everywhere…they only exist to keep your lovely pretty dress straight and crease-less mind you! Do you cut them off is the question? But then how do you hang up that item of clothing after the scissor attack! Oh the dilemmas... It can be quite difficult, especially for some of your most precious threads in your possession. The dilemma occurs when you do not get rid of them and they are hanging out when you are strutting your stuff in public. It is quite embarrassing and looks tacky. It’s either- you end up walking around in a mangled dress or whatever item of clothing it is or you can prance around in preen clothing with things sticking out everywhere…What to do…Okay simply – try to keep the straps/hoop things as they are incredibly useful however, when you slip into your clothes make sure you hide them in the best way possible. Make sure that they are fully tucked into your dress or whatever you choose to clothe yourself with. On the other hand – get rid of the buggers. They have other purposes in their strange lives apart from holding up gowns and other various pieces of material. They assist in present wrapping! Yes, believe it or not they have this function. Cut them off your clothes, which they are sewn to and then proceed to tie a cute little bow around smaller gifts, such as lip glosses or something of the sort. Very handy hint I thought! This plan should only be employed if you find them absolutely useless and infuriating. I find them very useful and I am just super-dooper cautious when I am wearing clothes that they are attached to. They are terribly annoying but do their job so I can’t complain!
