Okay so it took me a while to hit the hammer on the head with this one and I thought I would stop being critical for a second and prove I am quite a nice person! Let’s commence the discussion of the Gladiator Heel!
It is hot to trot, chic, classy, chunky and all things good! Not only does it look ridiculously ultra hot with super skinny leg jeans but can also be sported under a tiny mini skirt or dress. It is truly an all-rounder and Vogue even reckons they can be teamed up with leggings so say hello to Spring!
It’s probably a good idea to avoid the trackies though. This style of shoe with its oober-massive heel is one for the ladies who want to dazzle and shine and feel like a million bucks so it’s probably not a great idea that you chuck on your fave pair of trackies with your fancy footwear!
Heels can be thrown under some trackies (within reason) however not in this case. It would be a really terrible crime and one would be doing no justice to the ultra-modern soles if you flashed them about with your sleeping tracksuit bottoms that only you see after a drunken night out. They scream glamour and style and must be worn with the most glorious outfits. They can dress outfits up or even be worn to casual dinners (because you love them so much) so just slip into a pair of jeans and fitting sleek top and your good to go!
Fashion crimes would be clearly evident if one were to occur and these puppys were involved. Don’t ruin the image of the hugely successful shoe! They are available everywhere, eg try a department store, Zu or Wittners in the classical leather black or maybe go for the tan shade (I believe the style is called ‘kendra’ which is so cool because that’s my friend’s name)
Just because they are a dead give-a-way at you being a stunner when you hit the streets of your destination - make sure you attempt to colour match...well at least to a certain degree. You do not want to look like you have tried too hard to go for some classy, messed up look and then kill it with the perfect shoes. No deal to that sister!
Keep it clean and strut your stuff! Pop in for a quick pedicure before your night out and you’ll be feeling on top of the world!
