Stockings under a “lightly knitted top/dress/vest” or whatever you want to classify it as is a big no-no. Wear leggings man! Or even better - jeans! I really do not want to wake up in the morning and after traveling into the city on public transport for 50 minutes be graced with UNDERWEAR at the tramp stop…Ok so I shall explain the important elements of the crime – this young girl’s legs were being hugged by a black pair of stockings which had a couple of ladders and random holes in various places. This, I can understand. What I can’t understand is the fact that these stockings constituted her bottom attire – as in they acted as a pair of pants/jeans. Secondly, over the top of these stockings, she wore a lightly knitted grey dress cut like a vest with a singlet top underneath it. Important to note here – it was probably about 15 degrees outside. Another thing to note – ahh where are your pants? Are you seriously maintaining the stance that the “stockings” are not seen as an undergarment in this situation? I mean wear leggings or a pair of shorts. Leggings are cool or even better, wear a pair of jeans (skinny leg). What the hell is up with you showing everyone your knickers as they shine brightly through your thin opaque stockings peaking through your knitted dress? It is not necessary lady. Have some respect and cover up your butt cheeks at least. Did you honestly think that no-one would notice that you had forgotten to put on a pair of pants when you left your house? Considering your vest-type dress was quite see-through perhaps a good idea would have been to maybe wear a plain long sleeved top underneath it or a polo. You could have added a pair of leggings, a scarf and a pair of boots to your frame and you would have had a decent, respectable outfit…Instead you decided to showcase the lovely material under your tattered stockings and decided to call it an outfit... Charming – NOT…
