Initially I was never a fan of the pom pom and many posts were centred around their uselessness – however I have learnt from my mistakes and wish to retract that comment! Who ever would have thought I would have admitted defeat.
The pom pom has defeated me – in a solid way. They are everywhere – at the bottom of scarves, the hoods of jumpers and even on my slippers –yes I purchased a pair of super comfy slippers that are embellished with pom poms – and I love them.
Back in the day they looked, tacky – too big for things – stood out unnecessarily. But now – they have taken ‘decoration’ to the next level. They make an outfit if you are not sporting any form of pom pom your outfit is incomplete
