Repeat offenders – fairies say no!

What is going on in the world? Didn’t your mother ever tell you to put your dirty clothes in the wash? It amazes me how many people I DON’T see wearing the same clothes today as they were wearing yesterday… This really is a great thing in the world of fashion. However, when I do come across a “repeat offender” my evil habit of staring seems to get out of control. Luckily, I must congratulate the public as this does not happen very often. Although, I would like to raise the point anyway in an effort to reduce the likelihood to a further degree of “repeat offenders” so my eyes are not subjected to such horrific fashion crimes. I am positively sure that after a 40 degree day your clothes may actually stink and it would be a wise idea to actually change. Not just for fashion purposes but more like hygienic purposes. It is incredibly embarrassing for you to rock up to work or school wearing the exact same attire you sported yesterday with sweat patches in tow and that darn coffee spill down the front of your laced cravat from 3 mornings ago. I can understand this in the case of say a suit. Whether it be a woman’s or man’s suit I am sure everyone clearly understands that the whole point of the suit is to wear it to work or any other occasion where it is appropriate-but even these people alter their outfit. Buttoning up a different colour shirt or swiftly placing on a different tie around your neck allows for the appearance that you actually got up and thought about what you were wearing. For example, let us take a sunny day in the middle of spring to ponder for a moment. You are not going to chuck on a charcoal grey tie and shirt – don’t be so morbid! Instead why not try a lilac or pale blue shirt. This goes the same for women. You have a wider selection. You lovely women can go for say even a pretty jazzed up singlet top under your jacket or just a plain short sleeved top tucked into the high-waited skirt. Another way to change it up a bit for everyday members of the world is to alter your footwear or even add a scarf wherever you like - around your neck or tie short and pretty ones to your handbag. There are also cute little badges or even brooches to make your outfit look brand-spankin’ new! Potential “repeat offender” – seriously, there are heaps of ways to make it look like the fashion fairy came to the rescue and deposited copious amounts of ultra-cool threads in your wardrobe overnight…Take the fairy’s advice – “Don’t be a repeat offender”….
